I take complex digital products to launch.

I'm a Project Manager with a product mindset: for 7+ years I've been taking products to launch, from gametech and VR to highload platforms for X5. I set up processes, keep the team and stakeholders in sync, and manage timelines and risks. I use AI at work and in everyday life: with it I've built the Kolonka task tracker, a Jira bot, a mailing management service and a referral system, all of which we use at work every day. My friends and I talk about how technology is changing our work on our podcast.

  • 7+ years managing projects
  • 45+ projects from idea to release
  • 30+ people on a distributed team
  • 9 releases a year, steady cycle

Neverlose

Project Manager

A portfolio of 7 gametech products with 15k DAU: game software, web products and media. I joined when there was no release cycle or documentation and the main product had been down for months; I set up Jira, backlogs, planning and retros.

  • Set up a release cycle with a major release every month: 9 releases in a year after 18 months without one
  • Organized distributed development for 25 people across three areas
  • Brought the main product back to work and revenue; took the matchmaking platform from a stall to closed beta
  • Built internal tools with AI: a clear roadmap for product owners and a Jira bot for testers

How I work

Delivery & team

I build predictable delivery: turning goals into a prioritized backlog and plan, setting clear definitions of done and a steady release rhythm. I manage timelines, risks, dependencies and quality, spot deviations early and remove blockers. I record agreements, keep status transparent and protect the team's focus. After each release I review what went wrong and adjust the process, so updates ship regularly and without crunch.

Product & solution

I work as a product-minded PM: responsible not only for delivery, but for making sure the team solves the right user and business problem. I work through logic and scenarios, build clickable prototypes, write specs and product documentation. A UI/UX background and the experience of launching my own product help me reduce uncertainty fast, find feasible solutions and speak the same language as developers.
